Has my LORs problem has been solved?
Thank God that my boss finally wrote me a letter of reference. By mistake, my master supervisor's secretary forwarded his letter of reference for me to me
. It is quite brief (just less than 1 page long). He said I am an excellent student, ranked 2/159 and 7/105, respectively in the 2 courses he taught and my dissertation was probably the best in the program. He also said I am very pleasant, extremely hardworking, and very polite .In addition, the head of the finance group in my school also agrees to write me one as she also encourages me to transfer. She told me that as she is not familiar with my research, she just comments on my performance during the course she taught (advanced finance theory) which I was ranked 1st in class. Both of them are internationally known for their long list of publications in decent journals. The concern here is that the head of the group does not have any comment on my rereach ability. Hence, could I take a deep breath and start with my applications now or these letters will not be solid enough to help me get into those awful programs? |

That is the Dean of my undergrad institution in my country. In some programs they require only 2 letters. Which ones should I submit? I really want someone to confirm my ranking in my undergrad school together with a number of other merits but am also aware that they are not internationally known.
