Help: Program selection

I have some difficulties in selecting the right programs for me! I am a theoretical guy, whose interests are mainly Macro(not quantitative Macro), Contract theory and Political Economy. I prefer demanding training in the first and second year of the PH.d program, and would try best to do Game theory and its application in the future. The problem is now my advisor is a good guy in Macro and I also have some interest in aggregate things. That's why maybe I have a little advantage in program strong in Macro.

could you give me some advice: Which programs from the following list do you think fit me well?

Duke is not very strong in macro decent yes, but not strong. Rest are ok, though you should know that UCLA had a massive exodus of faculty back then ~
