Two questions about GRE score sending

Hi friends, I have two quick question regarding GRE score sending:

1. If I apply to a program that I have applied to last year, do I need to send my GRE scores to them again?

2. If I apply to two programs in different schools of the same university (SEAS and GSAS, for example), do I need to send my GRE scores separately to the two schools?

I would guess yes to both. But each school may vary.

Sorry for asking an offtrack qs. I have sent my GRE and TOEFL score to UMD AREC department. As I did not get any department code on the website, I only put the institution code. Will it be a problem?

I believe Maryland's Application process is more centralized than a lot of schools. My impression is the grad school receives everything before passing it on to the econ department, which is not typical. So they might only need one copy of your GREs. But I would definately check with them.
