You might want to also throw in some non-"top" programs in the US.
Type of Undergrad: Top 10 school in my country (east Asia)
Undergrad GPA: BS: Physics, GPA: 83/100 (~3.3),
Type of Grad: MS: physics, Top 1 graduate school for science and engineering my country.
Grad GPA: GPA: 81/100 (~3.1), Most of my graduate study courses are computer science although I'm majored in astrophysics which makes my GPA pretty low, because at the beginning I plan to be a programmer.
My graduate school does not seem to have some GPA inflation, some courses might have average score at C of the total class and high rate of fail. And there is not a ranking, no one in a class take the same curriculum at all !!
I've taken 3 introductory courses in economics, all above A.
GRE: V420 + Q800;
Math Courses: Probability A, Calculus I, II, Algebra, Complex analysis, Differential equations, etc.. lots of
Econ Courses: Introduction to finance A, I've learned myself courses in intermediate econometrics and macro/microeconomics.
Other Courses: Accounting A, Marketing A, lots of CS courses.
Letters of Recommendation: 1 econ prof, 1 physics prof
Research Experience: I've worked with a professor research in financial markets, no publication, 6 monthsOne paper (1st author) in Top 8 journal in the field of astrophysics/astronomy, another paper is 2nd author on Top 5 journal.
Teaching Experience:
Research Interests: Macro
Apply to: Mphil/PhD programs, especially in europe,
Since my GPA is not so well and lack economics research experience, Top program in US might not be considered, so I plan to study in Europe.
Would you suggest me to take some courses next semester, but if I take the courses next semester it would not be showed on my transcripts.
Would you give me some suggestions, thanks very very much.

Ok, I'll check them, thank you a lot. I'm considering Berlin and Frankfurt in Germany (they do not require a economics degree).
Do you have any idea that some not-bad European programs receive students without a economics degree? (Outside UK, because I hope to got financial aid or no tuition fee. )
