    Advice for GRE

Don't cram for a week. You will get a 160Q and 161V. And then you will get drunk. Cheers.
Your greatest opportunity for learning in life, both personally and professionally, will be to imitate exceptional people. My advice is to get as close as you can to them and try to do small justice to their example.

Definitely retake it. I got a 740Q when I took in August before I applied, but took it again two weeks later in September and got an 800Q.

Oh no. I really enjoy being drunk. But yeah I'll retake. Like it owes me money.

Blew up the quant as well. I got a little higher than you but not by much. On the other hand I think did fairly well on AW so I'm going to wait for the official scores before I decide if to retake.

Oh, and I didn't get drunk, could have used a beer though

Ouch. I'm already drunk, so I misread your score as 168Q, and I was wondering why you were complaining.

    It was the immediate protocol.

I was ranging 75-80% correct on practice exams, and figured that wasn't going to slice it. I got my hopes up when the first section was breezy. Then a tumbleweed blew across my brain for two questions on the second section. Anydoodle. What's $150? Whoops! Ha.

I'll definitely be back to complain when I hit the 99th percentile. I can't wait to write down more multiples of 5 and 3.

Oh wait. I'm coming down from fade town, so I read that as "I'm really drunk," not "I'm already drunk." I like #1.

I'm thinking of just taking the GRE nearly cold since I have no f*ing way of knowing how I will actually do on it.
