I would not expect anything from CEMFI for at least 2 more weeks as it looks like the admits historically start the last week of February or the first week of March. A professor told me that they have not sent any offer yet but they already have a potential list of admitted students for the first round. Results will come very soon. Good luck to you all! With 12k a year funding, it could be one of the endowed chinese scholarships, as I believe that the CEMFI scholarships are up to 10k. It's not that surprising because my recommender is from UC3M but it's good to know that nothing went wrong in the meantime. No info about funding though (and I know that they no longer fund all the students unfortunately, at least they didn't do it this year). I think I might also apply to Bonn. I have a good friend who is graduating from Bonn (undergrad) this year and he has really enjoyed the university and the city.
