jattility Posted November 24, 2014 Share Posted November 24, 2014 hey guys! it's finally my time to apply! im having a problem and was wondering whether any of you have the same problem or know a solution to it, Basically the last name on my passport and transcript are different. So on my passport i have tom smith whilst on my transcript its tom lee. Should i try and get my name changed before all the deadlines are over to one consistent name or can i try and explain to the adcoms of my situation.
