Does TOEFL speaking 26 is absolute for funding consideration ( I got 24, cant do it again not time) 2. GRE 163 Q 152 V and 3 AW, does the verbal score hurts for funding consideration 3. NOT having exact background for available field in particular university has any adverse effects on application? Ex: I have some sort of background related to international economics, but GSA does not have that field ( I have a Engineering degree by the way). So my SOP for that will be going to less impressive with regard to my motivation. Thank you in adavance. P.S. This forum is great to reduce the information asymmetry. SO big thank to the admins.
