pixelpixies
Hi, so i have a low math gpa(2.9) in introductory courses due to diagnosed severe depression. Now i am planning to take some upper level courses, and the professor whom teach real analysis also happens to be the one whom give me my lowest grade in introductory courses (c+,big class so he doesn't know me at that time). If i perform well in real analysis and get a letter from him, would that help cover up my low math gpa? Thank you!
Zubrus
No. It will still be there.
Zubrus
That is not to say that doing well in future math classes won't be helpful for your application.
