    Hi,
    i just got 164 Quant Gre, unluckily, TSE usually admits students with Quant over 165.
    should i retake or just apply and pray guys ?

    If you can afford to, you should. It'll make applications a lot easier in the future, since most top programmes impose some kind of GRE cut as some first metric to thin the pile of applications. A higher GRE score will help your application survive long enough to actually be reviewed by adcoms.

    That being said, 164 shouldn't shut you out of TSE. A lot of other factors play into their decision - as do for any school.

    Yeah, i love your idea. I should get 167+ for future application to PhD. Saving money for another shot ������
