@stupidolive

My guess is that you'll get rejects from Harvard, Columbia, Princeton, and Berkeley. The rest are a toss-up, though Brown will probably say no or offer no funding. Math GPA is good, though I think the econ GPA should be higher (luckily, no one cares too much). Among the others mentioned, you'll probably get some rejects and some accepts. No guarantees on funding.

Columbia is not impossible, but HYP and Berkeley are obviously crap shots. Brown was one of the first schools that rejected me, and Michigan accepted me in mid-March. So the process is always full of surprises.

It's a good list. I can't see how Illinois and Ohio State turn you down. Funding from both schools is likely. If you really don't mind going to GWU, then go for it... Even I don't really see the point for that super safety.

If GWU=George Wahington, I heard they get a lot more aps than their rank would merit due to location. I was accepted to Cornell and Maryland, but not GW, and I like to tell myself that was the reason.

I was rejected by Georgetown for that very same reason. More interestingly, I was rejected by schools like Brandeis and Georgia State's Finance because they probably figured that I wouldn't have taken their offers anyway. (Those are the few schools I shouldn't have applied to.) I don't even remember if I ever heard back from them for an official rejection at all. But then who cares.

where are you now Ram?
I heard the same story from a friend who applied to 3 schools with 2 very low and Cornell. She got rejected in those 2 and got accepted in Cornell. This process is full of randomness.

Hopkins. Can't say that it's full of randomness. There were certainly some surprises, but most outcomes were rather predictable.
