Among all the dimensions of intelligence, speed tends to correlate the least with the others. You might be a very intelligent person, yet you can be slow. As far as test-taking is concerned, I think practice can improve your speed a great deal. Another thing: taking the computer-based test may slow you down. Consider taking the paper-based test.
