Agree. For all my app, I included photocopies of my gmat and toefl, regardless of whether the requirements explicitly stated it.

Schools are pretty open about the fact that they'll email you if something is missing from your application package. Really, the ad com doesn't sit down on Dec 16 ready to make decisions. After the winter/Christmas break, the dept staff will assemble application packages and will email you if something is missing.

Don't fool yourself into believing that ad coms at most schools will meet before February. Pretty much no matter what, you have until April 15 to accept or decline an offer, so there's little incentive to make a decision before mid-March (after which many better schools will offer fly-outs to the top "admits", which is a very subjective idea).

So if my recommender misses some (or most) of the deadlines, but sends the letters before 02/01, will it still be fine?

Hard to say, since you do not know whether the ad com meet before or after 02/01.

Thanks, folks! I'll try not to stress. Now I'll just focus on finding my score report (it is buried in some box somewhere).

Can't do anything else now, as you said, anyway, and hopefully the schools won't be overly strict on the deadline....

Probably. Do your best to send them as soon as possible and then relax.
