Why I love technology, technology fees, and being back in school
Before I'm mocked, please remember that I was roughly 3 years out of undergrad when I started grad school this past August. Further remember that a few years, especially regarding internet technology, is a long time.
When I was an undergrad, one could go to the library and use Galileo to search online journals. Today, I realized that I can do this through the school library's website using my student ID #. I can read any journal article that I want, sitting in my rec room for no cost. I'll be in heaven after I can get through the inference part of my Econometrics I final next Monday. This is an extra embarrassing discovery for someone who has computer programming experience, yet didn't realize something as simple as this. |

i dont know if you already know this but your library probably subscribes to a bunch of data sets so you can download those also and play around with them with your econometrics knowledge.
you should prob contact the research staff at the lib and they will guide you through the thing... |
