Finally Toronto has sent an email that the application is complete

UNC-CH just sent me and email saying my app was incomplete and the sec at UMD has been in contact with me about missing GRE scores... stupid ETS

In mid-Janurary, I found out myself that my application was incomplete because I didn't send a signed copy of my application.

oh man, I don't know if i remember doing that? I know i sent out alot of stuff to them, and it was a huge pain (like all of my LOR's) How did you find out?

I emailed the graduate assistant. He told me to print the application, sign it, and fax it.

I received an application complete e-mail in December.

I have also finally received e-mails from MIT and UBC. No word from Toronto.

I visited the department in early January and they told me in person that they had everything. But I haven't received an email.

I e-mailed the Washington Economics Graduate Counselor. He said they only notified those whose applications were incomplete. Also, he added that they will notify final admissions by april 1st.

The graduate secretary at Penn State contacted me per email today to inform me that my application was complete.
