application status online

Do you guys know which schools have the application status online? just a general question, not aiming towards specific schools

you mean the decisions?
off the top of my head: yale, northwestern, umich, wisc-madison

LSE and Cambridge, too. Minnesota did, as well, in previous years but the admission decisions were posted online couple of weeks after the email notification by the department; so it was virtually useless to check the website

I've noticed that even for the schools who have an online application status facility, acceptance notifications are sent prior to the website being updated. As a result it is rarely of any use.

Northwestern claims to have a "View Decision" Link as soon as the decision has become available. UCSD has a status page. UT Austin might have one (it's not clear from their webpage). Carnegie Mellon (Tepper School of Business) has a status page, and it seems from last year's gradcafe's post that they actually updated that BEFORE contacting people.

yeah for CMU I found out from the website like month before they sent me a rejection letter.

where is the one for yale? part of the normal application system?
