A question on academic transcript

I have several graduate level course in this semester, and I am going to apply this year. The question is that the final score of these course will be not availible until 15th Jan,2008. The courses includes Micro.,Macro.,Econometrics, Real analysis, measure theory.

I want to submit the grades of these course to the departments I apply, but the most deadlines are too early to make it. What can I do? Thanks very much in advance.

That's quite a load in a single semester.... Usually you can send an updated transcript in once you get your scores. Contacting each dept. individually is probably the best way to be sure what the procedure is.

GymShorts is almost a TestMagic guru.
Your transcript will probably show those class as "in progress," so if the admissions committees view those grades as make-or-break factors, then they will probably request an updated transcript when its available.

I had emailed scanned .pdf of unofficial Fall grades' transcripts (and a few faxes) to about 8-10 departments in mid January; I can't guarantee that they all looked at them but I am sure that some did. I would highly recommend that you do that, assuming you can meet your own expectations. Email the secretary and ask if they are OK with you sending them scanned pdf or fax. I don't think anyone refused and only one school didn't write back.

Micro theory interest (macro/trade - secondary fields).
