How do you think if a have a chance to be admited into top 20 universities?

Type of Undergrad: best university in my country (europe) i hope known in US

Undergrad GPA: 4.0 of 5.0 (econ. major)

GRE: i hope 800 Q (but last time it was 750 )

Grad : 5.0 of 5.0 (math and CS) best university in my country.Graduated Best student

Math Courses: a lot of. was the best student in all of them

Econ Courses: most A and B (50%/50%)

Letters of Recommendation: 2 very good and one good. from not well know prof , but from dean of my department and prof that know me well
Research Experience: 5 years RA , 4 summer research, 6 presentations (one - international Conference ) and 5 publications (1 in a very good scientific journal , 3 - parts of books and course materials ) all on the topic of urban and regional economic development
Teaching Experience: 4 years (the same topic)
SOP: hopefully, interesting.

a am affraid that my undergrad GPA will "kill" my application............. what can i do about it? in my university GPA of 4.0 is quite good (something like cum laude - only 20 % score better), but how could i tell it to adcoms ?

I dont think your undergraduate GPA is a big problem if your recommendations write well for you.And adcoms know that different countries have different levels of GPA. But u have to be sure that your gre math score is 800.Thats very important since then adcoms can veryfiy your true credentials.
