    For the older papers, just buy the two volume book set New Keynesian Economics edited by Mankiw and Romer and published in 1991 by MIT Press.

    Actually I`m not that well-read in modern macro so maybe looking at coauthors and those who cite them would be a better idea. Although probably Farhi also fits the description if I hit the spot. Policy work of Svensson is basically estimating a system of equations so maybe it may be called Keynesian nowadays...just be careful not to be thrown out of the department for looking after that heresy.
