For people going to Michigan Econ only

For those of you headed to Ann Arbor, three questions:
1) When does the math camp start?
2) Does the macro sequence take place in Semesters 1 & 2 OR 2 & 3?
3) What are the class text books for the Macro courses?

This year (2007-08), we used the Romer advanced macro textbook for macro, with Sargent and Ljunggvist as a supplement. Here is a list of required textbooks for all econ classes at Michigan. Macro was taught in semesters 1 and 2, 605 and then 607 (despite the ambiguities in the grad student survival guide, which is of course an unofficial document produced by grad students for the benefit of incoming students)

Math camp started around the 14th of August, I think.

I am not sure if any of this will change this year. Mary Braun will be able to tell you more.
