Summer courses in Europe

Does anyone know well-respected European universities that offer summer courses in math in English? I have looked up several schools but it seems like most of them do not have it. I would appreciate any help.

Expensive as they may be. (1 LSE course + living expenses = 1 year's domestic tuition @ UBC or Queen's, depending on your living style)
