I'm doing some research on the changing tax mix in europe and i'm trying to get my hands on some OECD data.

i've read through OECD Revenue Statistics 1965-2007 but the problem is that for years prior to the 1990s they just show revenue staistics for every 5 years 1960, 65, 70 ,75 etc.

I know the data for the individual years does exist and i have found annual data from total tax/GDP ration but i'm looking for details on the composition of tax mix i.e. consumption taxes as a percentage of total tax revenue, corporate taxes as a percentage of total tax revenue etc.

as it's for econometric uses i'm looking to have observations for every country and every year....i'm certain that this exists but i cannot find it

any ideas?

I'm too lazy to check myself, but you could try Eurostat.

thanks, but i tried there already...data only goes back as far as 1995.
