Small liberal arts school in NY, unknown to most, but I'm in the Honors College, so that makes it better
Undergrad GPA: 3.8 overall (because of my grades in Spanish), 4.0 in Economics
Type of Grad: N/A
Grad GPA: N/A
GRE: will take it in September. Probably 780Q, 600V
Courses: all Econ classes that were offered in the past 3 years at my school + a lot of poli sci, journalism, Honors College classes, a lot of Spanish
Letters of Recommendation: from my 2 undergrad econ professors who are both tenured and offered to help me + my boss at my internship
Research Experience: An internship as a RA for an Australian environmental think tank.
Teaching Experience: tutoring, writing assistant for a poli sci class
Research Interests: environmental econ, resource econ, development
Concerns: Not from a famous university. Havent taken any math, but went to high school in Eastern Europe. Will be taking Calc I, II, Stats and Math for Economists this fall and spring, which may be too late.
Other: 3 semester-long internships at NGOs, published articles on international resource economics, attended multiple Model UN conferences abroad, studied abroad in highschool + in college
Applying to: I am not sure where to apply. Please suggest some schools that match my profile!
