I think this link would be interesting for both to-be and current graduate students. Right from the horses mouth as they would say. It really doesn't get bigger than the AEA in Economics.

EconCandidate radiates success.
I think the pictures are especially useful in that article.

Notice the graduate students in the first picture. This is how they were during the exams. Then, if you look at the second picture, you see what they did immediately following by jumping off the nearest cliff they could find.

This might provide good evidence to go to a grad school that is not near any cliffs, to prevent the urge.

Good thing OSU is in the midwestern flat lands. On the other hand, there is a river flowing right through campus. Maybe I should wear a life preserver to exams.
