joethemole
i think most people take 2, including me. however, is it still ok to take it 3 times? like does it make you look kinda dumb to universities? and does some unis actually average your SAT marks? It is only a myth that one will be affected negatively by taking the SAT more than 2-3 times. Remember, in more times than one, will a lowly secretary or student working in the admissions office write down the highest composite score for the admissions counselor to look at - if not, the admissions counselor will likely get a clean copy of your SAT scores with the composite score neatly highlighted. No, there is no university that averages your SAT scores, its just that some colleges/universities will not take your composite score, but just the scores from one sitting. babypurin
composite score? is that the highest one? Yes, but some colleges don't take your composite score, they only take your score from a single sitting (University of California system, most ivy league schools,...)
