I'm in Viet Nam, and I need SAT I and II score for my application to US college. Please tell me where is the list of SAT test centers in the world (esp Viet Nam). And are there SAT bulletin booklet like the TOEFL, if there is where can I get it?

Is the SAT harder than the ACT? I don't know which one am I gonna take if I'll take one of them.:hmm: Can anybody give me any help?
