It must be "d.isn't he?", because verb that occurs is "verb to be".

To me it sounds more natural. Kubric is not the one who will nominate himself. So, D doesn't sound well to me, despite it fits fine here grammatically.

D is correct because Kubrich IS going ( present continuous ). rest of the answers are wrong.
