There are several significant differences between the old pbt (your ITP is the institutional form of the paper-based TOEFL) and the new iBT...
1) As you mentioned, there are no essays to write or speaking to do,
2) There is a GRAMMAR section with two separate parts (40 multiple-choiced questions in all). On the structure section (#1-15), you will complete sentences grammatically with one of 4 choices. On written expression (#16-40), you will have sentences with four words or phrases underlined, and you must select the part that contains an error.
3) The reading section is similar. However, you will see 5 shorter passages instead of the 3 longer passages on the new ibt. Also, many of the new question types (charts, sentence addition, restatement) did not exist on the old TOEFL. The regular staples like detail, vocabulary, inference, etc., will be there.
4) You are not allowed to take notes on any section (including the listening). However, you won't be asked to listen to long conversations or lectures, like on the ibT, so it shouldn't be an issue. In 30 of the 50 questions, you actually only hear two sentences, one from each actor, and then there is a question.
