The sentence is incorrect.

The correct pattern to use, with this meaning, is rich in minerals.

Another problem. I'm a bit confused when using verb result in and result from. Please tell me the way to use this verb correctly.

Let me answer your question.

If something results from an event or activity, it is caused by that event or activity.
For example: His tiredness results from his hard working.

If something results in a particular situation, it causes that situation to happen.

For example:
Environmental pollution is resulting in the forests dying.
