The order of this one is fine, but it's not necessary to use a hyphen here.

This one's a little strange; I don't think the sentence is complete. Does this sentence mean "A sky-high building is over there"?

It's a bit strange to use the 'existential there' in this sentence with this meaning. But the hypen here is correct.

Actually, I added "there" in that sentence, because I thougt to ask you the usage of hyphen within a sentence.

I think that I can look up dictionary about hyphen by myself.
