both sentences below make no difference to me:
"The students registered in this course are listed on that sheet of paper"The word "registered" and the word "listed" express past tense. I got the 1st sentence from my grammar workbook. However, by substituting "are" to "were" makes no difference to me. can you tell me the difference? thanks ![]() |
