Does TOEFL accept noun modifiers in plural forms?

I found an article as following in which they told that noun modifiers in plural forms are acceptable but I wonder how about in TOEFL?

The bottom line is that TOEFL will allow what is commonly known to native speakers. Many plural nouns as adjectives exist in common usage, and these could easily show up on the TOEFL.
