is a primary indicator of We need a few things: A main verb, correct word order, and correct word form.
I dont understand why dont we use primarily indicates of instead of indicator because it mentions to someone?

We can use "primarily indicates" but not "primarily indicates OF". We use "of" with "indicator", the noun, and not with the verb.
