Best Free TOEFL Listening practice!!

thanks very much for your sharing. It appears that listening is the hardest part to me since my note taking and memorizing are horrible.

by the way, I have a small question here: I plan to take the test in this November, so I take two-month unpaid leave in September and October, anyone has any idea whether 2 months' time is adequate to improve my note taking and memorizing? (actually, everyday I do a small listening practice, however, it's very small indeed, as my job is busy and interrupting a lot)
