Hi, if you are Chinese, or you can understand Chinese in both traditional and simplified versions, or your computer support Chinese language, and you need TOEFL scripts, test and mp3, try the following links(including almost all):

If you cannot understand Chinese, that's all right, there are 2 easy steps to get what you want:
1. click on the TOEFL test date you want(like 2003-10),
