How can i make it better

I'm having difficulty in my listening skill, especially with the long conversation and talk (part B and C in TOEFL) and need to improve it as soon as possible. Do you have any suggestion for me to make it better. Please give me some. And which book is the best for the TOEFL preparation.

Have you seen the sticky topics at the top of this forum? There are MANY good suggestions there, I think.
