Can anyone provide me with the right answer for the
Q3, Listening - Part B, Test Three

under this link

I would choose "D", but "A" is correct. Why?
Does "some time" mean frequently in the talk?

My answer was D too at the first time. But after evalution, I think twice about the Q3. Althouth both A and D are correct according to the talk, only A is the direct reason for the question why she give advice to students about visa.

It will be much clearer if we think like that: Students should have the copy of theirs visa so that they can prove ......
