Unhappy Help me figuring out a Barrons Listining Problem

W:Are you still going to summer school at the university near your parents house?
M:That Plan kind a fell through because there aren't enough courses.

Ques: What does the man mean?
A. He could not stay with his parents.
B.He did not want to change his plan
C.He will not go to summer school
D.He has completed all the courses

Correct ans is C. But why?
Aren't there other summer schools where he can attend?
His plan fails. I think it means his plan of staying with parents while being in summer school fails. There are certainly other summer schools (those are not near hisparent house) where he can attend.

Please help.

Thank You All.

Codename Gordon 's dreams are becoming reality.
The woman is asking him about that particular summer school at that university. C is correct because the man replies he would not go to THIS summer scholl they are talking about at the moment. No other summer schools or universities are mentioned, therefore you shouldn't make the question more complicated.

Why not the answer choice is "D".
"Are you still going" infers ... he used to go sometime earlier when the Women know.

Since there are not enough courses, he might have completed the courses already ? please share ur ideas.

princekrish,

Are you still going in this context has a different meaning = 'are you still intending to go'.
