M: So what did you think of our guest speaker?
W: She was just towing the party line. There wasn't much that I hadn't heard a million times.

What is the woman's opinion of the guest speaker?
(A) She enjoyed the speech a great deal.
(B) The speech was well delivered, but the content was flawed.
(C) She sharply disagrees with the speaker's opinions.
(D) The speaker was unoriginal and conformist.

Wht the right answer is D? I don't understand what is the exact meaning of 'There wasn't much that I hadn't heard a million times'.
Can anyone tell me?

It means that there wasn't nothing new in the speech that she had not heard

Does that mean 'there was something new that she had not heard'?
If yes, why the answer is D?

Hi! Happy,

I did this before and found that it means "There's nothing i hadn't heard". So the answer is D.

Best wishes,
Kirting
