HI TOEFL MASTERS!!!

I'm trying to improve my listening score from 18 to 23 ...
I need a way to achieve this. Should I watch CNN, movies or study some great material.....?

If movies, how can I study this? Is there a specific way or not?

Thank you !!!

Hi!

I suggest movies! One thing you can do is watch movies or TV shows with the subtitles on, then you can hear AND see the words. It helped me a lot, and was kind of fun!

However, one thing about the TOEFL is that you hear the "voice from nowhere." What I mean is that there is no TV picture or person to look at for help in understanding the meaning.

So I also suggest listening to the radio, because then you only have the aural information.

Also, try lots of TOEFL practice!! Listening is kind of like playing soccer, you can study it forever, but the only way to be good is to just practice, practice, practice!!!
