A Site for Beginners

Hi Everyone
I am poor in listening section.
I found a site which mails us a word and an example
using that word.We can listen the word and the example.
Even though it takes some time, it will be very useful for
the beginners.To get the mails we have to register in the
site.The explanations for the words may be in chinese or japanese languages But the example and the word we listen are in english.we
don't need any special software to listen to the word and the example given.The link for the site is given below
