<font color="purple">Dear Erin
You advise we write down what we listen to a TOEFL tape; then, compare what we have written with the script in the back of the book. Please let me know how should I do this for different parts of the listening part. Is it still helpful if I continuously pause the tape, write down a few words, then play the tape again? how many times or books and tapes should I drill in this way to feel a considerable progress in my listening skill?
Yours truly</font id="purple">:o
