Can’t concentration on what I hear

I fail to concentrate on listening parts, especially since we are not allowed to take notes. I had this experience when I was student that taking notes prevents distraction of my mind. It’s the number-one problem of mine in this part of the exam. Because sometimes I lose very easy and clear parts. I gonna to take the exam in two months and I perplex what to do!!! Your advise will surly be helpful to me.
