gasta
Hi, my teacher told me about that site. It is useful because the speed of speech is quite low in order to help the listener. Here: Special English | Learning English

Masy900
For reading practices I recommend reading passages of "Cambridge Preparation To TOEFL". I have gone through at least 5 whole preparation books for my iBT TOEFL and after taking the test I was really amazed how similar the passages were to Cambridge's model tests.
