Tina, look carefully in that thread. I've uploaded there a software tool used to see the Powerprep's answers. The directions of using the tool are in the thread.

So, clearly the answer is C.. we should not expand our logic in TOEFL too much.. its okay for GRE or GMAT but not for TOEFL.. when we can make the answer by direct fact we should not try to make inference..
