reading passages ,........3 or 5.........

Hi all,
I heard that the reading section consists of around 3 - 5 passages. I took ibt a couple of times, but i got only 3 passages both the times. Did anybody get 5 reading passages? Please let me know.

yes there are 5 passages cmng for some people amoung which two r dummy

First time I took the test, I got 3 passages. The second time I got 5.

hi body i took ibt last week it was 3 passeges,,, but i prefer paper test than ibt test,,, i really get sick of tofel test i have been stayding tofel test for 1 year and half but i could not pass it.. my last score it was 453 and i need 470 pleeeeeeeeeez i wnat some body help me

This is my first rigistration. Actually I took the exam one month ago and I was really really bad in the reading and listening sections. I got 5 passeges and I really confused because I am very bad in both reading and lestening sections. Can sombody advice me because I am going to write the TOEFL ibt again in May.

I remember when I took the test,

The Reading section is divided into 3 parts:

1st: 20 mins, 1 reading passage
2nd: 40 mins, 2 reading passages
3rd: 40 mins, 2 reading passages

at least, 5 reading passages are less horrid than 5 listening ones .
