I hope everyone who took (or is taking) the iBt this week did (or will do) a great job. Several of you have contacted me about joining one the free sessions on Skype. As I mentioned previously, the group that met with me this past Wednesday was full, and I am scheduled to meet all of them again next Wednesday (2/25) at the same time (10:00 AM Pacific).

I haven't started a second group (Group B) yet, but I've already heard from several interested students. So far, if I do start another group, we have: Gudala, aman_ek, primavera08, lightgreen, Gupta FPGEE, speaking_ibt, and Mohamed Gabr. I'm not sure all of them will be able to join the group (it will depend on which day and time I choose). However, that means that there are only two more spots that I can guarantee for sure, so if you're interested, please let me know by email or message.

It looks like we have a full "Group B" now also (the names listed above + ttsundue and quatro11).

I have scheduled a session for next Friday (2/27) at 2:00 PM (Pacific time).

For the 9 people on the list, please meet me on Skype, and I will start adding you into the "group call" one by one. If I miss you somehow, just type a chat message to me, and then I will add you in. Please don't call me separately, though, because I can't be on two calls at once.

I look forward to meeting you all next Friday. We will focus on tips and strategies for independent speaking, especially Task 2. If we do a second session, then we'll focus on integrated.

Eastern time (NYC) is three hours ahead of Pacific time (Los Angeles), so the Group B Session on Friday would start at 5:00 PM (EASTERN TIME).

For anyone else in the group, from other parts of the world, find the world clock site online and compare your time zone to Los Angeles to calculate the time difference.
