can anyone help in speaking section to score 26 n more.........?

I would like to share my experience about this so called TOEFL English proficiency exam.............I dont understand that how much more i need to spend to get 26 in speaking section...............guys i have spend $5000 on this exam ......for last 2 yrs i am trying to score 26 in speaking section ...i score 27,28 or 29 in reading ,listening ,writing but cannot score 26 from last 2 yrs in speaking section ...i score 23 or 22 ............once i scored 27 in speaking but unfortunately due to crowdy examination center i cannot here listening part i scored less in that one section ..........that was my bad luck.......till now iam not able to score it..................can any one tell me wat can go more worst than this in anybodys life..........i have never given any exam twice in my life......but this exam i have given 28 times ...............

I am frustated .........this exam has sucked my blood.Also my confidence to clear it has lost ..................but i wish you guys best of luck .........hope you dont have to face such worst situation like me..........its shameful ...............
