Finally 27 for speaking..God is really good

Hi to all,
Finally I made it.I had been struggling a lot to get 26 for speaking. I could not believe it.Actually The result was already posted monday but would you believe I only checked my ets acount today because I was so scared to know the result.When I took the exam I was thankfull in my mind every after each question because I could feel that I was doing great. God sent the holy spirit to guide me all the way untill the end of the test.What I did was I attended notefull class and toefltest succes online class.I try to know every test why I did not do good with some questions. For example, for question 4 and 6. I always cut off so I find ways how could I make my answer concise.Go direct to the point.when I state the example I just say it briefly with only 3 sentences especially if there are 2 examples given. When I take note I only take note 1 word every sentence or thought from that 1 keyword I made my sentences as simple.Follow the pattern subject verb object.When you do that not only that you can listen the whole passage but you also doing paraphrasing because you are making your own sentences.Usually my keywords are verb or object.You do not need to write the subject because once you listen and understand the passage you will remember the subject.Especially with Q3 and 5, the listening passage always talk about students so your subjects are always students.

If I made it, I know You can make it too.Do not lose hope.Just pray and believe in yourself.

I came to know that there are changes in the speaking sections 1&2. Can you/some one please let me know what are the changes? I did't find any where in the web. Thanks for your help in advance!!

Yeh,there are some changes but on my test,I was lucky I got the old format, but some test that I had was there are some about advantages and disadvantages so you have to be ready for that type of question.Basically I just follow the notefull pattern of the old question. I just changed the beginning like the advantage of..................then example, Disdavantages of.............then example...if you are ask your preference just say it briefly like since the advan.....and I like that, I like that more.But usually you are only ask the preference if you are ask only the advantages of two choices...let me know if you have any other questions..

Hi..I enrolled notefull for 6 weeks with online class. You can try that too. I followed Joseph 's advice.try to make sure that your answer each questions is enough for the time allotted. Am sure joseph will guide you all the way until you get what you need.if you are always cut off when you answer you have to find ways how to make your answers very concise. Later on after everyday practice it will come naturally to you to answer briefly with all the questions.if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask..
