first of all, I want to thank everybody for your post and help, they were really good for me. I am just want to recommend some things. First, try to practice all the time, block the TV in your navite language, just english, or close captioned. Second, look for help, a partner. third, look for good practuce in the internbet. What really helped me was notefull.com, you can look for their videos in youtube, just with those free videos you are going to see a real difference, so don't miss it, thank you all
